We currently ship to the following countries and regions:

- Europe: United Kingdom, Germany, Switzerland, Netherlands, France, Belgium, Norway, Sweden, Denmark
- Oceania: Australia, New Zealand
- East & Southeast Asia: Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia
- Middle East: United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Israel
- South America: Chile, Uruguay, Argentina
- Africa: South Africa, Mauritius

2. Local Warehouse Fulfillment
We operate local fulfillment centers in the following countries: United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Germany (also prioritized for European orders), Australia, Japan.
If local inventory is available in your region, your order will be fulfilled from the corresponding local warehouse for faster delivery and reduced shipping fees.
If there is no local warehouse in your country or the item is out of stock locally, your order will be shipped directly from our China headquarters.

For countries with local warehouses:

4. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
In certain cases (e.g., holidays or made-to-order items), processing may take longer.
Tracking information will be emailed once the order has shipped.
5. Customs Duties & Import Taxes
For orders shipped from local warehouses, no customs duties or taxes will apply, as delivery is domestic.
For orders shipped from our China headquarters, import duties, taxes, or customs clearance charges may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are generally the responsibility of the recipient.
Most deliveries proceed smoothly, but if customs clearance is required, we’re happy to assist with documentation or communication with carriers when possible.
We recommend checking with your local customs office prior to ordering if you're unsure.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable for packages returned due to customs refusal or unpaid charges.
If you encounter any issues with customs clearance, feel free to reach out—we’ll do our best to support you.
6. Additional Notes
We do not support online checkout for countries not listed above. Please contact us for manual orders.
We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order from unsupported countries.
