Description of remote control buttons:
1. Short press the switch key ◎ to switch the machine on and off. Long press the switch to switch modes, and each long press jumps to a mode, which will cycle in turn.
2. ▲, in static mode, the brightness is increased, in dynamic mode, the speed is accelerated.
3. ▼, in static mode, the brightness is reduced, in dynamic mode, the speed is slowed down.
Matters needing attention:
1. The power supply voltage of this product is DC12-24V, and must not be connected to other voltages.
2. The leads should not be short-circuited with each other to avoid short-circuiting.

* We do not refund shipping.
* COD (collect on delivery) and Freight Collect packages will not be accepted.
* We have a 30-day exchange policy. We will only exchange items if the value of the item(s) you are returning exactly matches the value of the item(s) you want to exchange them for.

* A 15% restocking fee may apply to orders in big quantities, orders with missing materials or merchandise not in original packaging and condition.
* Some products that Open package is deemed to have been used like the surface-mount LED chips cannot be returned if the package has been opened. Products in this kind will be specified on the product page.
* Customized or special-order products are not eligible for returns. This includes custom-length light strips and custom-printed panels, or any products that made to your special requests.
